Frequently Asked Questions
How do I access support?
You can get in touch through our contact form, phone or by visiting one of our drop-in sessions — no referral is required to start a conversation.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can self-refer at any time. We also accept referrals from GPs, housing associations and other organisations.
How much does support cost?
Our core support services are free. Some workplace and organisational programmes may involve a fee — we're always happy to discuss this with you.
Can family members receive support?
Yes. We offer dedicated family and supporter sessions, because mental health and addiction affect entire families, not just individuals.
What happens during my first appointment?
Your first appointment is a relaxed, confidential conversation to understand your situation and agree on the right next steps together — there's no pressure.
