Community Projects

Everything we do is rooted in one simple truth: lived experience creates understanding.

Our community projects bring people together through shared experiences, support, education and meaningful opportunities that help people move from surviving to thriving.

Exciting Projects Coming in 2026

We're preparing a range of new community projects, wellbeing initiatives and recovery programmes. Be the first to hear about upcoming events, new opportunities and project launches.

Our Projects

Project One

Peer Support & Mentoring

We bring together people who have walked similar paths — with addiction, bipolar disorder, PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD and other mental health challenges — to support one another.

Through one-to-one mentoring, peer check-ins and small group conversations, you'll speak to someone who truly understands.

Our mentors don't claim to have all the answers. They simply know what it feels like to be lost — and what it means to find hope again.

Project TWO

Navigating the System

Accessing support shouldn't feel impossible. We help people navigate healthcare, counselling, housing, employment support and community services with confidence.

Rather than facing complicated systems alone, we walk alongside every step of the journey.

Project three

Education & Early Awareness

We work alongside workplaces, schools, charities and community organisations to reduce stigma, improve understanding and help people recognise the early signs that someone may be struggling.

We believe recovery begins long before crisis. Sometimes it starts with one conversation.

Project FOUR

Family & Community Healing

Mental health and addiction affect entire families. We create safe, compassionate spaces where loved ones can learn, heal and support one another without losing themselves.

Because when one person recovers, entire families and communities recover too.

Project Five

Rebuilding & Thriving

Recovery is about far more than surviving. We connect people with volunteering opportunities, education, employment, creative activities and community projects that rebuild confidence, purpose and joy.

Every step forward deserves to be celebrated.

Why Our Projects Matter

Connection

Helping people realise they are never alone.

Understanding

Support delivered through lived experience.

Opportunity

Creating pathways into education, volunteering and employment.

Hope

Helping people rediscover purpose and build a brighter future.

"Everything we do is rooted in what we learned ourselves: recovery is possible, early support changes everything, and nothing heals us quite like being truly seen, heard and understood."

Be Part of Something Bigger
