CORPORATE WELLBEING
Work Well. Live Well.
Practical wellbeing for healthier, more sustainable working lives.
Specialist workplace wellbeing programmes designed to help people navigate fatigue, cognitive overload and everyday pressures at work.

THE CHALLENGE
Everyone's journey is different.
Fatigue, cognitive overload and ongoing pressure can make it harder for people to think clearly, manage their energy and feel well at work.
Supporting employee wellbeing means looking beyond the occasional wellbeing initiative. It means giving people practical tools they can use in everyday working life.
Our corporate wellbeing offering helps organisations create space for people to pause, understand their needs and develop more sustainable ways of working.

A PRACTICAL APPROACH
Small moments. Meaningful change.
At the heart of Moment.ing is a simple idea: bringing your attention back to the present moment.
Through practical, mindfulness-informed approaches and fatigue management techniques, people can learn to recognise their limits, manage their attention and make more informed choices about rest, recovery and everyday demands.
Delivered through specialist-led sessions, our programmes aim to make wellbeing practical, accessible and relevant to real working lives.

Our approach focuses on:
-
Understanding fatigue — recognising how fatigue can affect everyday functioning.
-
Protecting attention — exploring practical ways to work with cognitive demands.
-
Building awareness — noticing signs of overload and personal needs.
-
Supporting recovery — developing realistic habits around rest and sustainable working.
Wellbeing support that works for your organisation.
From introductory sessions to more structured programmes, we aim to offer practical learning that can be shaped around your people and workplace needs.

OUR PARTNERSHIP
Specialist experience. A human approach.
Our corporate wellbeing offering brings together Thrive Foundation's mission with the specialist experience and methodology of Moment.ing, created by Charles Talbot.
Charles is a specialist neurological occupational therapist and mindfulness teacher whose work connects mindfulness-informed fatigue management with the practical challenges people experience in everyday life.
His approach draws on clinical experience, guided practices and workplace learning to help people better understand fatigue, attention and recovery.
Through this partnership, we aim to make specialist knowledge more accessible to organisations and their people.
